They split the subjects group played 50 hours of the fast-paced action video games “Unreal Tournament,”and the other group played 50 hours of the slow-moving strategy game “The Sims 2.” After thistraining period, all of the subjects were asked to make quick decisions in several tasks designed by the researchers. 每天究竟复习多长时间才能满足提分需求呢？

她的答案是，6个小时。每天学习的时间不在于长，而在于有效。

融入要靠原汁原味

既可以增长知识，又可以适当放（偷）松（懒），再也没有比看美剧、读文章更有用的啦~这里向大家推荐几个一定用得到的频道哦~

《Economist》：读《Economist》上的文章可以帮助培养对阅读的感觉；

《新概念》：《新概念》中的作文写作句子十分地道，而这些句式都可以在你日后的写作中得到帮助；

《Friends》：作为口语教科书式的电视剧，《Friends》可以帮你培养口语语感。

口语语境同步走

在看美剧的同时，口语的PART1和PART2部分也需要准备起来~虽然PART1比较简单，但人称混用，时态错误以及听不懂问题这些低级错误请千万不要犯咯！

阅读训练，时间关键

在日常训练时，阅读的每篇passage要分开做，基本保证每个passage一个小时左右。其中做题的时间约占20分钟，后面精读的时间要占到40分钟左右。

这40分钟需要：

1）找出生词；

2）找出可在写作中应用的句型；

3）总结每篇的错误，并看看自己是否容易在同类型的题目中犯同样错误，并想出一个解决方法。

总之，做题—总结—再做题，用这样的方法来提高成绩，那简直是效果看得见，而且越到后期作用越明显哦！

最头疼的作文看这里！

说起作文我知道烤鸭们都要哭惹……

在考试之前，建议各位烤鸭至少写5个开头，5个结尾，5个主段落，另外还要整体全文写上5篇~

也就是说，考试之前整体写作最好达到10篇，一定要注意时间。

而在看范文的过程中，最好将比较好的句式和短语，衔接词抄在本子上，便于考试的时候使用。不然即使你的文章写得美，但是没有框架也白瞎呢~
