Payment Methods

You can pay registration and other fees with these methods:

Credit card: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and JCB.

PayPal: New PayPal users should set up their account before starting registration. Note that payment through PayPal is not available in Ghana. Visit the PayPal website.

Check or money order: Make checks or money orders payable to "The College Board." Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks. Any checks drawn on non-U.S. banks will be returned.

Other: Bank draft.

Do not send cash. Cash will not be accepted. Use one of the methods listed above to submit your payment. If you pay by check or money order, you cannot register online and must register by mail.

We reserve the right to collect payments electronically by check. Checks returned to the College Board for insufficient funds will be re-presented electronically and your account will be debited for the amount of the check, plus the state-allowed penalty fee.

2、sat waitlist 考上了以后怎么付钱？

我是14年12月份去台湾考的sat， 当时因为错过了报名时间只报上了waitlist，后来他有空位我考上了，考上前收了我1美元，可是考完却不知道怎么付钱了， 我的老师说是网上付，可我死也找不到窗口，过了考试两天，我妈收到了mastercard扣了140美元的短信，她很奇怪她又没刷过卡，我想问这到底什么状况？求高人指点！

我还未满18岁，银行说不能办信用卡，用我父母的名字汇过去，然后在留言中写我的名字可以吗？

2.一定得用信用卡？有无别的方式？如果办理一张信用卡需要多久？
