一、“以我为轴”的夸夸其谈

面试中对自己经历及能力的表述简明扼要，适可而止，千万不要像像开话匣子般没完没了地夸夸其谈，自吹自擂，甚至主次不分地“以我为主”。求职者要讲究实在，言简意赅，不可大包大揽地做太多的口头承诺，说得太多了容易引起考官的反感。考官在面试时往往要求你当场表现自己的才艺，你姑且可以谦虚地一试，但休要还没动手，那张嘴就迫不及待地声称这事没问题，那事很容易。有夸海口之嫌的话在面试场合，一定要慎出。

不错，负责招聘的主考官很注重对你能力的评估，但面试时他更会对你抱着谨慎的态度，意在让你充分展示自己。这时，如果你想把考官“侃”晕，东拉西扯，尽说些不着边际的话题，甚至大肆吹嘘“关系网”，还自鸣得意，生怕别人不知道，你有多大的能量，那么主考官一定会认为你这个人只会拉大旗做虎皮，浅薄至极，能力也“不过如此”。

二、迫不及待地抢话或争辩

插话、抢话的“下步棋”无非就是争论或争辩。但面试谈话如果变成争论或争辩的话，这样的面试还叫面试吗?有一个求职者在谈话中一直用争辩和反驳的语气：“为什么不是这样!”“我有我的见解，不管你怎么想。”这种争辩或许能表现出你的才智、机灵、推理能力和说服能力，你可能在某个细节上辩回了面子，殊不知就在你“过了口瘾”的同时，主考官从大局考虑，为了单位将来能得安宁，已经放弃对你的录用了。

在已经确认好有面试资格后，一定要提前半个月以上来准备PPT 一定要熟悉你的每一页内容，PPT内容看你报考的学校是否有要求，要根据主办方要求的时间来准备材料，有所偏重，个人简介建议不要过于繁琐能说明自己的情况即可，在面试过程中见过有些学生将本科硕士期间的个人学生会的工作突出强调，讲了很久，占据了大部分时间，相对于其他的面试，面试老师更想知道你的科研思路，你以前做了哪些相关科研的工作，你为读博做了哪些准备，以及你读博后的科研计划，一定要突出强调，还有就是读博的动机一定要明确，现在有些高校读博的工资相对较高，比有些高校本科或者硕士刚毕业的第一份工作工资还要高一些，不乏有些人为了读博的高工资选择来读，其实并不喜欢科研这份工作，也不是很建议这样的人来读博的，毕竟在未来科研的路上会很辛苦，以免日后自己后悔，如果已经进入面试，建议好好表现，不要表现的读也可以不读也可以的状态，这样多半会被淘汰。
